About the Solution 

The organization was looking for a system that could manage donors, volunteers, program beneficiaries, and field agents which can also be accessible at any time. Dreamstel Technologies helped create a customized solution to solve their problems. The company's  mission-focused work spans multiple programs including disaster relief, community development, and educational outreach, requiring seamless and consistent  coordination between headquarters, field agents, and thousands of volunteers.

Background

A system that allows trust through transparency and is used as a multiplier for social good is what our client wanted. They needed help with managing their data, field operations, data quality, building real-time access and expanding their legacy system. They explained that they have data but no useful insights or a way to use the data. 

We helped create a Salesforce solution integrated with NPSP which helped volunteers to self-schedule, log hours, and track their impact. The app also helped them get a 360 view of their donors, volunteers and members who worked for their cause. The app could also build dynamic dashboards and predictive models to uncover insights.
